Our Leaders Who Make it Happen
Meet our dedicated board of directors working to guide OAHA's Mission and Vision
Shahram Ayoubzadeh
PRESIDENT
After studying medicine and specializing in infectious and tropical diseases, Shahram started his journey in Holistic Medicine by studying acupuncture, Naturopathic Medicine, and finally specializing in Classical Homeopathy. He has been in practice for 34 years and teaching homeopathy at CCHM for the last 24 years. Shahram is the Clinical Director of the Integral Health Clinic, the Dean of the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine, the President of the Council of Homeopathic Colleges and Schools, a Board Member of the Canadian Coalition for Homeopathy, and a founding member of the Ontario Alliance for Homeopathic Advancement.
Patricia Cardona
VICE-PRESIDENT
Patricia is a 4th year Fellowship graduate of the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine and a Registered Homeopath with CHO. She has been practicing in Mississauga since 2009 and while she has a general practice, her areas of interest are chronic conditions and mental health. She is passionate about making Homeopathy mainstream, which is why she gives presentations to better inform the public. As a member of the OAHA board, Patricia hopes to get Registered Homeopaths included in insurance benefit plans to support the future of the profession and make Homeopathic treatment more accessible.
Brigitte Davis
TREASURER
Brigitte is a Registered Homeopath practicing in Chatham ON since 2008, graduating from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine. Areas of interest in her practice are chronic conditions and complicated cases. She has served on the board of Zonta Club of Chatham-Kent and the Zonta Club of Chatham Foundation multiple terms. Her dream is that Homeopathy becomes mainstream, an integrated part of our health care system, and that health benefit package coverage becomes standard. She wants to advocate for the advancement of the profession, and support homeopaths in their practices. Being on the board is her way of achieving these goals for you.
Danielle Nimeth
SECRETARY
Danielle was first introduced to homeopathy in 2018, when it made a meaningful difference in her family’s health. Inspired by this experience, she began her studies at the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine (OCHM), where she is currently enrolled and expected to graduate in 2027. Danielle is especially passionate about supporting children and their families through homeopathy, helping them build strong foundations for lifelong wellness. Motivated by wishing she had discovered homeopathy sooner, she is dedicated to making it more accessible to Canadians and envisions its integration into the broader healthcare system.
Rodolfo E. Rivas
MEMBER
Rodolfo E. Rivas is a Registered Homeopath, with over 24 years of practicing experience in Toronto. He graduated from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine with Honours in 1998. Rodolfo’s early years were influenced by his father, a successful alternative medicine practitioner, and by his mother, an educator passionate about advocating for children’s education. Homeopathic Medicine opened the door for Rodolfo to realize the power of the body to heal itself from the inside out. His therapeutic treatments and protocols are based on a results-oriented approach; considering more the practical treatments that provide positive results, than in theoretical practices.
Liz Dennis
MEMBER
Liz was introduced to homeopathy as a young mom of two lively boys where she had the opportunity to experience the benefits of homeopathy firsthand. This inspired her to pursue the study of homeopathy as a second career. Liz has been a registered homeopath with the College of Homeopaths since 2018. She completed her homeopathic education and clinical training at the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine. Liz has the privilege of serving families in all ages and stages of life from her practice in Guelph, Ontario.
